The vibrational energy of Sound, Light and Colour can be used to enhance and complement healing

I use a number of other energy therapies during healing sessions including sound, light, colours and crystals all of which have their own incredible healing energies that work with our bodies to re-balance and re-energise on both an emotional and physical level.

Animals will instinctively choose items in their environment to maintain their own well-being and during healing sessions with animals they self-select the healing source that will be of most benefit to them.

As with Reiki, these energy healing methods are often very quick and effective on animals and they let you know when they have had as much as they need for that session.

Sound Therapy with Tuning Forks

Tuning fork sound therapy uses tuning forks which are placed both on and off the body in order to help relieve stress, reduce pain and anxiety and relax the body.

The sound vibrations produced by tuning forks work in the body's natural electromagnetic field and the body reacts to these vibrations by re-balancing the energy in and around your body.

It's a very powerful method that can help in many ways - physical, mental, emotional, enviromental and ancestoral.

By using Tuning Forks as part of the healing session it helps you to relax your body, reduces inflammation and promotes healing.

Animals in particular enjoy and are sensitive to sound therapy and it can bring very quick healing results for them.

They also enjoy having the tuning forks placed on them. I use weighted tuning forks designed to send the sound vibrations down into the handle of the fork, rathe than sending the sound out int the air.

By placing the handle on the body, they experience a very gentle but deep vibration which helps to tone and release tension within the body. Its like a mini massage and can help with pain relief and also ease tight and sore muscles.

At the same time the sound vibrations help to balance the bodys energies, bringing relaxation and health to your animals.

Red Light / Photo-therapy

Red light / infra-red therapy can help ease muscle tension and spasms, stimulate the tissue repair response in the case of injury, and relieve pain in muscles and joints. Photo-therapy can also be used to stimulate acupressure points on the body.
